‘Fitness’ Bootcamps, Not Military

I spent some time with Paul from BurnIt Bootcamp recently and hoped they could explain to me the new phenomenon that has been sweeping the globe for the last decade, fitness bootcamps have taken their lead from the Military bootcamps and the public are responding well. according to Paul people need to entrust their health goals to someone else. They have been let down by gyms who will write a program for them and then just leave them to their own devices, A new start exerciser need nurtured and encouraged into the exercise habit.

The world’s longest running military inspired boot camp fitness program, ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP™, was founded in Australia in 1991 by former Royal Australian Army infantry soldier, ‘Chief’ Brabon. The ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP™ program has since grown into the world’s most successful military fitness program, with over 50 licensed/ franchised programs across three continents (Australasia, Asia, North America).
