Personal Computer have changed the people life. And every person have a PC in their home in a normal family. And my opinion every one need a PC. But due the the huge amount of use of the energy due to the Computer in huge sector, the energy consumed is growing day by day. And there must be some solution to this problem. If the huge computer can be made to work in low power available then we can managed the energy saving and bring a revolution in the world.

After some research we found that Low Power PC has been introduced by some people around the world and has been a great success. It has a saying that its energy costs reduced 60% of the current energy consumption. So a Low Power PC can be a great revolution for the people and countries.

Its not just about the power consumption, but they are also the cheapest found on market. If people are really concious about the energy and the money then, I suggest people surely should get a one. I have order a piece for myself, as every good things should be started from ownself.

Save energy, Save world – Go green.

It was in January 1776 that General George Washington ordered the Union flag to be hoisted above his base on Prospect Hill. Five months later, according to history, Betsy Ross sewed the first American flag. However, the American flag was officially established on June 14, 1777 by an act of the Continental Congress, the Flag Act. In this newly written act it described our first official flag to be made with thirteen stripes alternating red and white. The union was to be thirteen stars, representing the thirteen colonies, white on a blue background representing a new Constellation.

This rich history of our flag and birth of our nation is a history of pride and of perseverance, in the struggle to become an independent country whose ideals were a new concept to the laws of man and his God given rights. Today, our flag has thirteen stripes, seven red and six white. These stripes represent the original thirteen colonies that instigated and fought for the existence of this country of ours. Today, there are 50 stars on a blue background representing the 50 states that make up this country. The Red, White and Blue, so proudly we hail. These colors have meaning to our flag; Red is valor, White is purity and Blue is justice and perseverance.

Our flag has carried us through many wars and hardships that we, as Americans, have had to endure. Its inspiration to keep going, to persevere through thick and thin, the symbol of our nation egging us on to one step further, to achieve victory. Songs have been written about the flag, stories have been told about the Red, White & Blue that waves over this great nation. There are moments in history that still brings a tear to my eye such as the raising of the flag in Iowa Jima during WWII. The historical moments of courage and heroism exemplified by ordinary Americans attaining the extraordinary.

Songs still sung today about our glorious flag will be sung as long as we Americans stand up for our freedoms and our way of life. Songs like “The Stars and Stripes Forever” or our National Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”. These songs and others are a testament to love of country and flag.

Fitness boot camps are popping up everywhere and not everyone is sure what they are. The idea behind a boot camp came from the Military. When a person enters into the military they are required to go through a training period. Part of this requires serious physical fitness workouts that quickly get people into amazing shape. The fitness industry has revolutionized the physical fitness side of the military boot camps to provide people with intense workouts, without having to enlist in the Military.

Boot camp workouts include cardio, resistance training, stretching, balance, core exercises, and sometimes Yoga and/or Pilates. They are designed to provide you with the most efficient and effective workout in the least amount of time. Boot camps not only help people lose weight but they also improve your balance, posture, endurance, flexibility, strength, and confidence.

Participants may notice dramatic changes in my muscle tone. The jiggle may be gone on the back of the arms. Stomachs have fine line which eventually turn into 6 pack abs. Back pains can be gone. Thighs and calves are stronger and more muscular.

Group boot camps also offer the perks that come from working with a certified personal trainer and /or fitness instructor at a fraction of the cost. Most people do not have or want to spend $50-$150/hour on a personal trainer, which is why boot camps have become so popular. Prices range from $15-$25/hour. This is a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, yet still having 100% of the motivation of a personal trainer. Having a certified personal trainer as your camp instructor ensures that you will be taught correct form for every exercise, in order to prevent injuries. Instructors are also there to motivate, support, and encourage you through every step of your adventure.

You are surrounded by other fitness minded people who share your passion for health and want to help you succeed in your fitness goals. Depending on where you live you can find boot camps that are offered at indoor locations, outdoor parks, or even on the beach. If you have been looking for a fun, challenging and effective way to get in shape then sign up with your local camp today.

Often tagged as the “wonder weapon,” it could have quite likely won the war for Hitler and his gang of hoodlums. Known as the Horten 229 and configured as a “flying wing” fighter and bomber, it was almost six decades earlier but very like the Air Force B-2, including being very stealthy and with radar avoidance characteristics. Fortunately for the rest of the world, the Nazi’s squandered their powers with infighting or bad decisions and the Ho 229 never saw real production. At end of the war, American forces boxed up and shipped back to the states the prototypes and partially completed existing aircraft. Now the very same organization responsible for the B-2 took on reconstructing the Horton as simulation of radar avoidance.

At the facility in California, Northrop Grumman Corporation used money, time and original blueprints to create a closely replication of the very advanced steel-and-wood bomber, complete with the same unique metallic glue and paint. Utilizing radar of similar and frequency utilized by the British coastal defenses of the second World War, engineers quickly discovered that the Ho229 would have been almost completely unseen by the Royal Air Force. Unfortunately this capability arrived too late to be an advantage for the Nazi forces.

A flying wing was theoretically the most efficient aircraft configuration of the time, best suited to aerodynamics and structural weight efficiency. Arguably, the absence of the usual aircraft constituents, apart from a wing, must be in a natural manner consistent of benefits. In practice, however, the wing provides necessary stability and control, imposing constraints for the aircraft’s design problems. Whatever gains in weight and the reduction of drag may be negatively, or at least partially, be the result of compromises required for stability and control. On the opposite, however, a flying wing suffers from natural stability and control constraints.

The most advanced cutting-edge high technology by the Germans toward war’s end, conclusively shown by Northrop’s testing, was far superior as compared with Allied radar this time,” filmmaker Mike Jorgenson told the national news. “It was significantly superior to anything in the air, operationally until the sixties.” As far back as 1911, flying wing concepts were known to exist at the very dawn of aviation, with the Horton brothers as virtuosos of this format.

The Horton brothers, Reimar and Walter, were for the most part, amateur and self-taught aircraft designers that were from Bonn. A third brother, also a pilot in the Luftwaffe, died in a bombing raid over Dunkirk. The two younger boys were teenaged enthusiasts of the flying game between the two great wars, a period of time whereby Germany was restricted by the Treaty of Versailles from any sort of building advanced aircraft. German flying of this nature was forced to go underground as civilian ‘clubs’ with teachers and instructors being World War One military pilots. Interest by the two brothers in the flying hobby and design was seen as early as ‘25 with the joining of a club in their hometown. The two boys began work on their first flying wing sailplane large enough to include a pilot designated as the Ho 1. Prior experiments were more of ‘model’ categories.

During this ‘Golden Age of Aircraft Design’, the adherence to basics attracted the attention of an avant-garde aircraft designer named Alexander Lippisch led the two young Germans further and further from traditional trends of aircraft designing of the time that spanned more than two decades, more to experimenting with alternative and radical designs. They began building model planes that filled their parent’ abode, eventually full sized man-carrying wooden sailplanes. Their first glider flew successfully in 1933 while they were still in their teens. By now, the two boys came to the attention of a German notable pilot of the great war, Hermann Goring.

The Hortens’ gliders were, in extreme contrast to other craft of the time, were very simple and aerodynamically pure. They consisted, in essence, of a very large wing similar to an albatross but with no tail. The pilot found himself prone within a sleek cocoon. Each design was beautiful and the embodiment of simplicity itself. In flight, they could certainly be likened to an oversized floating leaf or soaring hawk. But beyond the basic authenticity of what they represented was the minimal parasitical interference of their airframes. In a word, they were very ‘slick’ and even scalable to higher speeds.

Hitler’s regime in control and with the end of the Treaty of Versailles, Walter and Reimer entered the Luftwaffe as pilots. in 1939. Predominantly used as consultants, they endured misfortune from a reputation of being very much ‘regular people’ within the aeronautics community rather than with official connections.

The move to all powered flight came easily to the Horten brothers in 1937 when a dual engine, pusher (rather than a mule, or pulling), engines evolved. Even with their ingenuity, the Luftwaffe was even now paying only small notice to their efforts. In 1942, however, they were grudgingly, albeit partly under-the-table, given support to their design of a twin engine turbojet powered fighter design with the wartime protocol as HO=IX.

At this particular juncture of history, turbojet engines had been barely first been designed in not only Nazi Germany or, for that matter, a few nations in the entire world. And other wartime projects were obviously much more significant to Hitler, Goring and other powers within the regime. Even though the turbo jetted HO-9 did, in fact, reach nearly 500 mph in trials, the projects was moved over to the heretofore low-tech aircraft facility, Gothaer Waggonfabrik and became the Gotha Go 229, and became a fighter of great potential, even considering today standards. It would appear that ‘pork barreling’ is not new in the world. Very unfortunate for the declining Nazi formulation for the world or, certainly just opposite the rest of the world’s populace, this ingenious craft never saw active service at this time. Other advanced designs of the Horton brothers during the forties included a supersonic delta-wing HO-X, a hybrid turbojet/rocket powered fighter capable of speeds over Mach 1.4. Tested successfully only as a glider (HO-XIII) and later with a piston engine. Even more frightening in retrospect was Hitler’s favorite, the ‘Amerika Bomber’, being obviously designed to reach New York and other East coast cities. This hideous machine would have been built capable of only one-way flight with the crew being retrieved from the Atlantic off the coast of America by submarine. Top this off with the fact that Germany was on the way to perfecting an atomic weapon give pause to how fortunate that the second world was ended when it did.

After World War Two, Reimar Horton moved to Argentina and continued designing and building his gliders and, apparently, a very unsuccessful commercial double engine flying wing transport, while at the same time pursuing his new career as rancher. The other brother, Walter, stayed in Germany after the war and was an officer in the post war German Air Force Luftwaffe. Reimar passed in 1994 at his ranch in Argentina while Walter left this mantle of life in 1998.

About this Author

In 1945, the war ended in a victory for the Allies. The Soviet Union and the United States subsequently emerged as the world’s two superpowers, setting the stage for the Cold War which lasted for the next 46 years. The United Nations was formed in the hope of preventing another world conflict. The acceptance of the principle of self-determination accelerated decolonization movements in Asia and Africa, while Western Europe itself began moving toward integration. However, some websites such as the Bang You Later.com and Porn Hub.com are not those kinds of sites. These websites are best known for their free service to internet users. Even though their services of porn videos are free, it does not mean that they provide some crappy material for the users. However, if you really want to pay some money to enjoy porn stuff, you can actually go to the paid websites and buy some porn materials. Usually, the service will need you to be their members for about one dollar for a day. If you like to do that, it is okay. You will get the best quality porn video there.

There just never seems to be enough time to squeeze everything into the day that we need to get done. Have you ever found yourself skipping a day or two of working out because too many other things needed your attention? You didn’t feel like you had the time today to spend an hour at the gym.

Christian Fitness to the rescue! No we’re not going to clean your house for you or do the laundry, but we do have some advice on how to squeeze in a quick half hour workout when you are feeling unmotivated. We’ve learned to multi-task in every other facet of our lives, so why not put those same principles into your workout. We don’t recommend this as your regular routine, but it’s great to do once every other week or on those days when you are thinking about skipping the gym or not working out at all.

EQUIPMENT:

All you need is a stationary bike and some dumbbells. So if your bike at home has become a clothes hanger, clear it off and prepare to finally get some consistent use out of it. If you’re heading to the gym, grab some dumbbells and reserve a bike with plenty of space around it. Why plenty of space? Number one; you’re going to need some extra room and number two; you just might have some additional perspiration raining down as your body frantically tries to cool itself off.

Since we’re multi-tasking, the goal is to get as much cardio work and upper body muscle training in as you can in 30 minutes. The routine will vary depending on your bike’s settings and you will want to adapt it to fit your personal style, but the theory is to circuit train your upper body with timed lifts while maintaining constant aerobic motion with your lower body by pedaling. The basic premise to this multi-tasking workout is to peddle at the highest resistance that you can for one minute and then work your dumbbells while your peddling at a lower resistance for the next minute (for strength) or two minutes (for endurance). If your bike has preset programs, set it on a series of strength training that will transition every few minutes from extreme tension to a lighter tension and set the resistance level on the bike as high as you can.

WARNING:

This is not for the faint of heart! Because of the combination of cardio and upper torso endurance, this sequence will push and stress your body unbelievably, but it will also get you through a complete workout in 30 minutes. If you don’t feel like exercising today, this is the perfect workout. Just grab some dumbbells, sit down and start pedaling. You don’t have to go anywhere else and you can work as hard or as light as you want to. Experience has shown that once you start pedaling and do your first set of curls, your body will kick into gear and most people continue to push through the rest of the workout, especially when they know that they’ll be done in less than half an hour.

ROUTINE:

There are two different workouts for this multi-tasking that you can try: upper body strength or endurance. If you want to build strength, then choose a heavier dumbbell that will exhaust your muscles after just 8-12 reps (1 minute). For endurance, choose a lighter dumbbell that you can perform 30 – 60 reps in a 2 minute period.

There are dozens of different upper body workouts that you can do with this multi-tasking. We’ve chosen to profile nine different lifts in our Endurance example but you could certainly just do 3 sets of 3 different exercises. For our strength training routine we’ve chosen 5 different exercises for 3 sets each.

CONCLUSION:
So the next time you are too tired to work out and don’t think that you have time, try this quick 30 minute multi-tasking ride and lift and let us know how it went? We invite you to experiment with different exercises and the order and sequence of lifts, then email us and let us know what series worked best for you.

One thing that we may have forgotten to mention is to perform this routine on a stationary bike. We don’t recommend or endorse you trying to lift dumbbells while riding a bike down the street with no hands. Although that would be a fantastic exercise for your core and maintaining balance, you should leave that up to the professional stunt riders in the circus.

Vietnam War trivia is an extremely important part of studying the military history of the world. There are many different viewpoints in military scholarship about how this war was run, and the consequences of it, but the information surrounding the events of the war is very important for anyone with an interest in American, Vietnamese or Military history.

This war raged for fourteen years, and was fought between the two major parts of Vietnam. A Vietnam War quiz will show that North Vietnam was a communist state, and that it was supported by communist allies. The South was in turn supported by the American forces and other countries who were opposed to communist rule.

The American involvement in the war is one of the most hotly debated issues in American military history. Vietnam War trivia shows that while the country was involved in an advisement capacity, it was in the early 1960′s that the US began to commit significant troops to the conflict. The American involvement would reduce and withdraw before the actual end of the fighting which took place in 1975.

There were several major troop movements and events that took place during the Vietnam War, but Vietnam War trivia will be at least as concerned with the reaction to the war in the United States as within the battleground itself. There was more opposition to this war than any other in the history of the United States, and the general public, especially the youth, were extremely opposed to the war.

There was an entire movement in the country known as the anti-war movement. The revolting, protests, and rioting at home in the United States even became violent at times. Campuses in particular were places that were extremely volatile at the time, as millions of youth in the country were involved in protesting the war as much as they possibly could.

Part of the reason that the Anti-War movement gained so much traction was because of stories that were coming to light about American atrocities committed during the war as well as general opposition to risking American lives in a foreign conflict. The largest example of a protest turned riot was during the 1968 Democratic convention in Chicago. This event turned into a giant riot that ended with 23000 police and guardsmen being turned loose on only 10000 protesters. In the early seventies, these movements and protests reduced as the American’s began to withdraw from Vietnam.

There are always excuses when it comes to hard work. It’s inevitable…much like death and taxes. There is always a reason why so-and-so can’t do such-and-such….and often times those excuses are completely rediculous. As a leader and trainer of Soldiers, I’ve heard all sorts of excuses as to why Private Schmuckatelli can’t (doesn’t want to) do this run or hard PT session. Of course more often than not the good Private is informed it would be in his/her best interest to shut up, get back in formation, and just do it…but what about the folks whose motivation has to come from within themselves, and not from some angry, fire-breathing Drill Sergeant who looks like he could swallow you whole?

Often the best intentions of people to get in shape are derailed by their own inner monologue. That lazy, pessimistic, doubting voice inside their own head that tells them there are plenty of reasons why they should skip the workout today…maybe go back to bed, or hell…go ahead, stay out late and have another beer. “Why not…we can always make that run up later…” Yeah, roger. Later is a relative term. If they don’t do their workout in the morning…and continue to put it off for another month before they finally get back on the track, then technically, he DID do it later, right? You get what I mean…there is always something. Well…what do you do when that little voice of self-doubt takes the gag out of it’s mouth and chimes in with it’s two cents? How do you deal with the early mornings, lack of motivation, occasional aches and pains…whatever? How do you put all that out of your mind and just do what you need to do to improve? Here are five excuses I’ve heard constantly along with some suggestions for dealing with them.

1. “I don’t have time…” Bull! I’ve got it…you’re busy, and you have kids, and you have a job…and while that may prevent you from training effectively for a marathon, it SHOULD NOT prevent you from doing physical activity, or from training the best you can. If you can’t train for one hour straight…then break that hour up throughout your day! If you can grab 5 minutes throughout your day and do a set of push-ups and some sit-ups or flutterkicks, you will get much more benefit out of it than if you just write off the training alltogether because you “have no time”. If you don’t have time to go for a long run when you get home from work because you have kids…make them a part of your workout. If I had the energy my 5 year old has I would be the Ironman World Champion right now! Get outside and run around. Kids don’t usually run at the same pace for a long period of time…they slow down and speed up. Sounds shockingly similar to a fartlek to me! Playing tag with your kids will get you breathing hard, and will give you some good quality time with your kids to boot! I’m a single father of an almost 6 year old boy, and a 2 1/2 year old girl…if I can find time to get my workout in AND clean, AND do laundry, AND help with homework, AND…(you get the picture) then there is no reason why you can’t do the same. Military folks…don’t even get me started on this excuse for military folks! You get an hour a day DEVOTED TO NOTHING OTHER THAN PHYSICAL TRAINING! Enough said on that.
2. “I have too much other stuff going on…” This ties in pretty closely to the first excuse, but is slightly different. This is more a matter of priority, as opposed to time management. If you examine all the stuff you think is SO IMPORTANT, and I mean REALLY look at it, you might realize that most of it is not really all that important. The most important thing here is to do an honest assessment of your goals and your reasons for training. Other things will only take priority over your training if you let them.
3. “My legs/back/head hurts…” Well…are you hurt, or are you injured. This is a very important difference. I honestly believe that no one should try to train through an INJURY. Doing so will usually only result in the problem becoming worse, and causing you to miss even more training. Injuries should be dealt with appropriately…and if that means taking a bit of time off, or doing light work, then fine. Hurts, aches, and minor pains on the other hand, are another thing entirely! If you are sore, then that most likely means that you just got done doing something you have not done in quite a while…and your body is pissed off at you. I know that is not the technical term for what is happening physiologically…but I think everyone knows what I mean. If you feel that soreness, and listen to that little voice in your head saying “ouchy…we need to stay in bed”…then your body will not adapt to that stress, and will be pissed off at you the next time you run as well. Being able to “play with pain” is what separates elite athletes in all sports (including Military Special Forces) from the rest of us mere mortals. Their ability to establish a goal, push their bodies beyond what their minds perceive as the limit, identify they are sore and tired, and still get up at 0500 to run is what makes them champions. Most of us will only ever compete against ourselves and the clock…but that doesn’t change the fact that a PR is still a PR. It DOES NOT matter if that PR comes in the Hawaii Ironman, the PFT track, or around the neighborhood block. The will, mental determination, and the ability to train through all those little aches, will allow you to reach that PR.
4. “I’m not a good runner…” Neither am I. That’s actually why I decided to start a site devoted primarily towards running. I am not a natural runner…I’m 6’1″, 210 lbs. I have known guys who could go for weeks without hard training, eat like crap, smoke, drink copious amounts of booze, party like a rockstar, and still run blazingly fast for long distances. Frankly, those guys kind of piss me off because I wish I could do that. I’ve had to work extremely hard to become a semi-decent runner…which is why I feel confident in sharing what has worked for me and Soldiers I’ve trained. The line at the end of “Revenge of the Nerds” sums it up pretty well “…there are a lot more of us than there are of you…” The majority of folks I’ve seen and trained were not those natural runners. We tend to avoid our weaknesses and focus solely on our strong points. We focus on them because we’re good at them…and because we’re good at them, we enjoy doing them more. This is natural, but it is not good. This point is valid if you substitute “runner” with any other word. Biker, swimmer, rower, volleyball player, typer…whatever. The lesson here is working on your weaknesses will have automatic carryover to your strengths. For Military folks, running of some sort is a requirement…so guess what? Better start embracing the fact that you’re going to have to run NOW and dedicate yourself to getting good at it!
5. “I don’t have room for equipment, and there’s no gym available…” Do you have a body? Does it weigh something? Do you have a floor, or grass, or any sort of flat surface attached to the earth by some means? Then you don’t have anything to worry about! Get down and knock out some push ups troop! For muscle balance, you can get a pull-up bar at your local sporting good store that you can hook on a doorway in your home. You can do a straight workout, or you can break it up and do a couple pull-ups every time you walk past the thing. There is no shortage of body-weight exercises you can do…push-ups, flutterkicks, 8-count bodybuilders, burpees, bodyweight squats…so on! If you have some spare change, and want a real challenge and a workout that will deliver maximum benefit in minimal time, check out kettlebells. They are definitely worth the investment!

The bottom line with all these, is that you should do an HONEST self assessment of your goals and prioritize those goals with everything else in your life.
